LUDOM Technologies successfully conducted a one-day robotics training workshop as part of “CODEQUEST 2026: A Tech Adventure in Robotics,” held at the College of Information Technology Education (CITE), Nueva Vizcaya State University (NVSU) – Bayombong Campus.
The event, organized by the Department of Computer Science under the leadership of Dr. Fidel G. Patricio Jr., carried the theme “Building Smart Futures Through Robotics Innovation.” It aimed to enhance faculty competencies in robotics, programming, and emerging technologies through hands-on learning experiences.
The program commenced with opening remarks from Dr. Carmelo Alejo D. Bisquera, Dean of CITE, who emphasized the growing importance of robotics and technological innovation in shaping modern education, industries, and communities.
A highlight of the training was the interactive workshop facilitated by LUDOM Technologies, where participants collaborated in groups to design, assemble, and program robotics projects. Using Arduino hardware and electronic components, faculty members translated their simulated concepts into fully functional prototypes, reinforcing practical application of theoretical knowledge.
The training was led by LUDOM Technologies’ resource speakers:
- John Louis L. Domincel
- Eugene Jeric A. Calaunan, REE
- Mark Justine S. De Guzman
- Kristian Paul A. Bigornia
- Daryll Mark C. Abella
Their expertise provided participants with valuable insights into robotics systems, embedded programming, and innovative teaching approaches.
This initiative reflects LUDOM Technologies’ continued commitment to supporting academic institutions in delivering quality, innovation-driven education. By equipping educators with relevant technological skills, LUDOM aims to contribute to the development of future-ready learners and professionals.
